Embrace it, own it!  It is a roller-coaster ride.  It is OK to feel like that.  We’ve found that voicing it with those that love and support us helped us a great amount.  We also found that we had to teach those close to us how to support us with these feelings, but by doing that we could get a better grasp of why we felt like that myself.  There’s times when we like to be on our own with our thoughts, but we know that if they become too consuming then we need to get out, make some calls, do something uplifting.  Again, if this becomes too consuming and starts to impact on your life negatively think about talking therapies, talking to medical professionals and discussing it with those around you.

As a collective we are very grateful to St Mark’s for looking after us.  We feel that we can live our lives to the fullest now!
